Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

Acceptance of Terms

2.1   By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the lmb88 Platform — whether or not you are a registered User — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.2   If you are registering on behalf of another individual, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that individual to these Terms and that the individual meets all eligibility requirements in Clause 3. lmb88 does not permit proxy registration.

2.3   These Terms take effect from the date you first access the Platform or complete registration, whichever is earlier, and remain in effect for as long as your Account is active or your use of the Platform continues.

2.4   lmb88 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

3.1   To register and maintain an Account on the lmb88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. lmb88 applies the 21+ minimum age standard applicable to the Indonesian market. Registration by persons under 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of any third party or organisation.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws governing your location.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of lmb88 or any affiliated entity, gaming studio partner, or software provider.
• You are not located in, a resident of, or a national of a Restricted Territory.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order issued by lmb88 or any other gambling operator or regulatory body.

3.2   lmb88 notes that the legal status of online gambling in Indonesia is governed in part by legislation predating the internet era. It is entirely the responsibility of each User to understand the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction and to confirm that accessing the Platform is lawful in their location before registering. lmb88 makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction.

3.3   lmb88 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Registration

4.1   Each User is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) Account on the lmb88 Platform at any time. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.

4.2   When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes, but is not limited to, your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading registration information is prohibited and may result in account closure without notice.

4.3   You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. lmb88 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.4   You must notify lmb88 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. Notification should be sent to [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link).

4.5   lmb88 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

Identity Verification (KYC)

5.1   lmb88 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts before processing withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 500.000, or at any earlier stage at lmb88's discretion. By registering, you consent to the KYC process.

5.2   Standard KYC documentation required includes:

• Primary Identity Document: A clear, full-colour photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP Nasional), or equivalent government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of Address: A recent (issued within 90 days) utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence showing your name and residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your primary identity document beside your face, taken in natural light with both your face and the document clearly legible.

5.3   lmb88 may request additional documentation at any time if further verification is required. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 calendar days of the request will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

5.4   All KYC documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are retained only as long as required by applicable regulatory obligations.

Deposits

6.1   lmb88 accepts deposits via the following methods available to Indonesian players: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20.000 for bank transfers and Rp 10.000 for e-wallet methods, unless otherwise specified on the deposit page.

6.2   All deposits must be made from a payment source that is registered in your own name. lmb88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts, or accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to the Account holder. Deposits made from unverified sources may be held or returned.

6.3   lmb88 does not charge any fees on deposits. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own interbank transfer or service charges, for which lmb88 bears no responsibility.

6.4   Deposits are credited to your lmb88 Account wallet in real time in most cases. In the event of a technical delay, please contact support with your deposit reference number.

6.5   lmb88 reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms.

Withdrawals

7.1   Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods registered in the Account holder's own name and verified through the KYC process. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

7.2   The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification requirements and may be processed in tranches at lmb88's discretion.

7.3   Indicative withdrawal processing times are as follows:

7.4   lmb88 does not charge fees on any withdrawal method. Your receiving bank or e-wallet may apply its own transaction charges.

7.5   lmb88 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, including requesting source-of-funds documentation, in accordance with our anti-money-laundering obligations. Withdrawals suspected of being connected to fraudulent, criminal, or policy-violating activity will be frozen pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

8.1   All bonuses and promotional offers made available by lmb88 are subject to the specific terms stated in the offer communication, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Where there is a conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.

8.2   The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible verified Users aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotional offer is limited to one per User, household, device, IP address, and payment method.
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable Wagering Requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering on restricted game types does not contribute toward the requirement unless explicitly stated.
• Bonus validity periods are fixed. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings expire automatically at the end of the stated validity period.
• lmb88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice.

8.3   The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, making deliberately low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements, using automated betting software in conjunction with bonus funds, or colluding with other Users to exploit promotional mechanics. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all associated bonuses and derived winnings forfeited and may be permanently suspended.

8.4   lmb88 makes no representation that any bonus offer will remain available at any particular time and accepts no liability for the unavailability or withdrawal of any promotion.

Betting Rules

9.1   All bets placed on the lmb88 Platform — including sportsbook markets, live in-play wagers, togel (numbers lottery) draws, live casino games, and slot titles — are subject to the specific rules governing each product category, as published on the Platform.

9.2   Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the lmb88 system (denoted by a bet reference number), it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the User.

9.3   lmb88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds, at an obviously incorrect price, or where a technical fault has caused a bet to be accepted outside normal parameters. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded to the User's Account balance.

9.4   The minimum and maximum stake limits for each market and game type are displayed on the Platform at the time of placing a bet. lmb88 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.

9.5   All bandar bola (football pools) markets and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are subject to the sportsbook rules applicable to each underlying event. Early settlement, event cancellation, and walkover rules are detailed in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform.

Prohibited Conduct

10.1   The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lmb88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person to circumvent registration restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with lmb88.
• Using the Platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or otherwise process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets, harvest information, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner without prior written authorisation from lmb88.
• Match-fixing, inside-information betting, collusion, or any other activity intended to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Users.
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes a criminal offence in any applicable jurisdiction, or that facilitates such an offence.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the Platform.

Intellectual Property

11.1   All content on the lmb88 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, logos, software, code, design elements, graphics, text, audio, and video — is the property of lmb88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2   You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.

11.3   Any unauthorised use of lmb88's intellectual property will result in immediate account suspension and may give rise to legal proceedings.

Privacy & Data Protection

12.1   lmb88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

12.2   Personal data provided during registration and KYC is used solely for the purposes of account management, fraud prevention, identity verification, and regulatory compliance. lmb88 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12.3   You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our support team. Requests will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

Responsible Gaming

13.1   lmb88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides a suite of self-management tools accessible from within every registered Account. These tools include deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality-check reminders, and a self-exclusion facility covering periods from one week to permanent exclusion.

13.2   Users are encouraged to familiarise themselves with these tools and to use them proactively. Full details are available on our Responsible Gaming page.

13.3   lmb88 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years. Accounts belonging to individuals under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and any associated funds returned, less any pending transaction costs.

13.4   If you believe that your gambling has become a problem, please contact our support team, activate the self-exclusion facility, or seek assistance from an independent gambling support organisation. lmb88 will honour all self-exclusion requests within 24 hours of receipt.

Limitation of Liability

14.1   To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lmb88, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any service offered thereon;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part of it;
• Any inaccuracy, error, or omission in Platform content, odds, or game results;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
• Any third-party conduct or content accessed via the Platform;
• Any loss or damage arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform.

14.2   Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, lmb88's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount of deposits made by the User in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14.3   Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by lmb88's negligence to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by law.

Amendments to These Terms

15.1   lmb88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes that materially affect User rights or obligations will be communicated via email notification to registered Users and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) calendar days before the revised Terms take effect.

15.2   Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates that do not materially alter User rights — may take effect immediately without prior notice.

15.3   Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

16.1   These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lmb88 holds its gaming licence, without regard to any conflict of law provisions.

16.2   In the event of any dispute arising between you and lmb88, you are encouraged to contact our Customer Support team in the first instance. We aim to resolve all disputes informally within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a written complaint.

16.3   Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the dispute resolution process of the relevant gaming regulatory authority under whose licence lmb88 operates. lmb88 will participate fully and in good faith in any such process.

16.4   Nothing in this Clause shall restrict either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect confidential information or intellectual property rights.
